Philippe de Lazaro Faria da Silva

Partner at the firm, he practices in the areas of Private Law, particularly Business Law, with specializations in Business Law and Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy. He served as a legal advisor to the Rio de Janeiro City Council.

Education

He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Universidade Candido Mendes and completed a Master of Business Administration in Tax Management at the University of São Paulo — USP. He has also completed extension studies in Civil Procedure at PUC-Rio, Tax Planning at IBMEC Business School, and International Tax Law at the Center for International Law of Minas Gerais — CEDIN.
