Partner at the firm, he is responsible for the Labor Law advisory practice and labor litigation, with a strong focus on preventive labor law. He previously served as an advisor to the Municipality of Itaguaí, Rio de Janeiro.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedure from IBMEC Business School, with extension courses in Business Law and Contract Law from Universidade Estácio de Sá, as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree from UNIGRANRIO.
